How does this work?

How it works:
1. Reserve your yard greeting date (1-day rental)
2. Order/Pay
3. We setup on the date while you sit back and relax
4. You get to take lots of pictures and enjoy your personalized yard greeting
5. We return the next day and collect the yard greeting rental

The best part is you do nothing! We will come set the signs up, you don't even need to come outside, and then we will pick them up.


How much notice is needed?

The sooner  you notify us the better! We would like at least 24 hours notice but you can book day of if we have availability.  If you have something very specific in mind, we might have to order items into our inventory, which could take up to 2 weeks and requires a non-refundable deposit.

The date I selected is not available?

No problem, call or text 804-221-0052 to see if we can add your request to our schedule.

Does someone have to be home for the setup?

No one has to be home for the setup however we do require the full payment prior to the event to guarantee the setup.

What time do you typically setup?

We typically setup yard greetings the evening prior to the event or celebration. We will send out a text to notify you that we are on our way. However, if you have very specific request (ie: setting up at a certain time for a surprise, we will accommodate your request.

What time do you typically pickup?

The next day in the evening, unless you requested and paid for additional days. 


What if I need to cancel ?

We ask that should you need to cancel you contact us as soon as possible.


How do I make payment?

Full payment is required prior to setup. 

All payments will be contactless to ensure safety. Payments can be made via ZELLE, APPLE PAY, or CASH APP.

Is a deposit required?

A 50% deposit is required for events that are 2 weeks or more away. Events that are in 2 weeks or less require FULL payment. Additionally, if you have a custom request, FULL payment is required
